FASHION SHOW APPLICATION: 

Please note that the deadline for all entries is January 31, 2025.

 

This year the CIF Fashion Show(s) will follow a professional Runway Fashion Show format.

Each country's participants will walk the Runway as models,

wearing their country's traditional costumes/or latest fashion!

 

***NOTE: All exhibitors are ENCOURAGED to model their country's distinctive costumes in the Adult Fashion Show. NO WALK-IN'S ALLOWED ***

WHEN: Adult's Fashion Show, Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 4:00 pm

                  Children's Fashion Show, Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 4:00 pm

WHERE: the Cantey Building, SC State Fairgrounds (across from the USC football stadium)

RULES: ​

• Participants should wear their issued Festival name tags at all times to identify themselves and their roles to visitors. Wristbands serve as admission passes for participants and will be issued by the Festival Staff.

• Please BE COURTEOUS and LISTEN to instructions given by Back Stage Coordinators and Emcee. 

• All countries and participants are organized by the Entertainment and Back Stage Coordinator, who has the listed order. Please wait your turn in a respectful manner.

• Please limit the number of Fashion show participants representing your country to no more than 6 people.

• Adult participants should report to the Back Stage area, in national costume and ready to go, by 3:30 pm on Saturday.

• Children should report to the Back Stage area, in national costume and ready to go, by 3:30 pm on Sunday. Children under 12 should be with an adult.
