NATIONAL EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Please note that the deadline to apply is March 7, 2025.

 

When: Thursday April 3, 2025  - 10am - 8pm (set up) 

           Friday April 4, 2025 - 9 am - 1 pm (Global Education Day)

           Saturday April 5, 2025 - 10 - 7pm (first day) 

           Sunday April 6, 2025 - 12 - 7pm (second day) 

 

RULES: National Exhibit booths are free. Generally only ONE booth is available per country; however organizers reserve the right to allow more than one group to represent a country/region if warranted. Space is limited, so register early.

  • Displays can include (but are not limited to) posters, pictures, clothing, art, sculptures, souvenirs, books, paintings, etc. Exhibits should reflect your country's national character.

  • Interactive ideas include writing names in your language, showing videos, demonstrating instruments/skills and telling stories about the clothes/or items on display.

  • We will issue "passports" this year please remember, you must register by the deadline to guarantee the inclusion of your country in the passport.

  • We encourage you to contact your “region” coordinator while planning your exhibit (call or text the Festival Office at 803-799-3452).

  • You may NOT SELL anything in a National Exhibit. However, as a national exhibitor, you may opt to purchase an additional booth in the International Bazaar and/or in the food court if you wish to sell items or food.

  • Participants should wear their issued Festival name tags at all times to identify themselves and their roles to visitors. Wristbands serve as admission passes for participants and will be issued with your main packet upon sign-in.

  • ***NOTE: National exhibitors are RESPONSIBLE for their country’s flag bearer in the Parade of Nations and are encouraged to participate in the Adult’s Fashion Show. Please check these boxes in the form below as well.
