FESTIVAL FAQS

Q: DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK IN 2022?

A: Yes. CDC guidelines require facial coverings in large events, so a mask is required for admission, and guests and participants must wear facial coverings at all times inside the buildings, unless eating. No one knows which guests have been vaccinated, so we must all do our part to protect each other from COVID-19.

Q: WILL THERE BE A CHARGE FOR PARKING?

A: Yes, a $5 parking fee is charged by the State Fairgrounds.

 

Q: IS HANDICAP PARKING AVAILABLE?

A: Handicap spots are available towards the entrance.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS OR ONLY CASH?

A: At this time we only accept Cash onsite. ATM's will also be available on-site.

Q: WHAT DOES MY ADMISSION FEE COVER?

A: Entrance to the event on Saturday and Sunday. As long as you still have your wristband, admittance is good for both days. (Don't forget to show the online coupon for $2 off!)

Q: WHAT ABOUT SECURITY PRECAUTIONS?

A: Guest safety is a primary concern! Several uniformed police officers will be present at all times, security officers will scan incoming guests (no weapons allowed), and a K-9 unit will also be on site. In addition, and EMS unit will also be on site.

Q: WHAT IF IT RAINS?

A: If it rains, you will still be able to enjoy the festivities as much as if it were sunny outside. But if the forecast predicts rain, you might want an umbrella to get in from your car.

Q: ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED?

A: Sorry, no pets will be allowed inside the buildings. Only Service animals trained to assist disabled persons or law-enforcement will be allowed into the festival.

Q: CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
