INTERNATIONAL FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION:

RULES: PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENT AND RULES BEFORE APPLYING.
Columbia International Festival Food Court Booths must represent a nation or region (as opposed to a particular local restaurant).
All Food Vendors must serve food that is authentic to an International region.
No booth fee is charged for your first booth (10ft x 10ft). We rarely have room for any country to have two booths--but in the unlikely event that we have extra space, you can request a second Booth space; fee is $100 nonrefundable.
All applicants must submit a list of menu items with prices along with their application for review and approval by Festival Staff. Once you are contacted via email of your application's acceptance, send in your $150 deposit and any cook-tent reservation fee (if needed). The deposit is only refundable if you honor your commitment to participate for the entire duration of the festival as a food vendor. The deposit is forfeited and not refundable for no-show vendors or those ejected by staff.
Only FOOD may be sold at food booths. All beverages (such as soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc.), are to be served ONLY by Festival's designated vendors.
Festival guests will use $1.00 Coupon to purchase food. Receiving any unauthorized payments for food at your booth is prohibited and cause for expulsion and your deposit being forfeited.
Coupon redemption will ONLY be on Sunday after 6 PM at the Cantey Building office at the behest of the Festival Director. At that time the $150 deposit will also be returned to you. If you do not cash out on Sunday evening, you will forfeit your deposit and payout.
TO SUBMIT: Application Form is online only. Please fill out each section as requested. Don't forget to upload your W-9 and Menu with prices. After you fill it out, click submit to automatically send information to the festival coordinator.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE PAYMENT CAN BE RECEIVED.
