INTERNATIONAL FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION:

RULES: PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENT AND RULES BEFORE APPLYING. 

Columbia International Festival Food Court Booths must represent a nation or region (as opposed to a particular local restaurant).

  • All Food Vendors must serve food that is authentic to an International region.

  • No booth fee is charged for your first booth (10ft x 10ft). We rarely have room for any country to have two booths--but in the unlikely event that we have extra space, you can request a second Booth space; fee is $100 nonrefundable.

  • All applicants must submit a list of menu items with prices along with their application for review and approval by Festival Staff. Once you are contacted via email of your application's acceptance, send in your $150 deposit and any cook-tent reservation fee (if needed). The deposit is only refundable if you honor your commitment to participate for the entire duration of the festival as a food vendor. The deposit is forfeited and not refundable for no-show vendors or those ejected by staff.

  • Only FOOD may be sold at food booths. All beverages (such as soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc.), are to be served ONLY by Festival's designated vendors.

  • Festival guests will use $1.00 Coupon to purchase food. Receiving any unauthorized payments for food at your booth is prohibited and cause for expulsion and your deposit being forfeited. 

  • Coupon redemption will ONLY be on Sunday after 6 PM at the Cantey Building office at the behest of the Festival Director. At that time the $150 deposit will also be returned to you. If you do not cash out on Sunday evening, you will forfeit your deposit and payout.

TO SUBMIT: Application Form is online only. Please fill out each section as requested. Don't forget to upload your W-9 and Menu with prices. After you fill it out, click submit to automatically send information to the festival coordinator.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE PAYMENT CAN BE RECEIVED.
